I offer 1-to-1 sessions on the phone, online or in Sheffield(UK) in S6 The first session is complementary (20 mins max) and is there to make sure we are a good fit for each other.

Following sessions are based on your needs and objective. Each session, my purpose is to add another strategy to your toolbox and create a shift in your thinking patterns so that you can start to see the effects on your daily life and create more self-confidence and resilience.
I use mindfulness techniques, relaxation exercises, dialogue, creating boundaries, food planning, stress reduction techniques and Cognitive Behavioural Strategies as and when needed.
