For as long as I can remember I used food a crutch for my sensitivity and intense emotions. I was chronically dieting in the hope of shifting the weight for good without lasting success. My weight kept going up on the long term. Despite all my efforts with counting calories, exercising, trying the latest fad trend, I was stuck and I did not know what else to do. I was obsessed with weight and shape issues and I was feeling deeply inadequate and unhappy.
BUT I took control of my life and I learned the Cognitive Behavioural Process. I am now free from the constant thought of food, meal times are proving to be fun and food still brings me pleasure. I am no longer relying on food to make me happy and compensate from the hardships in my life and the weight has dropped significantly. I can play with my clothes and bring out the real sensual and feminine side of me. I am now a POWERFUL sensitive woman with a STRONG MINDSET and SELF-CARE SYSTEM.
When I started to share my method with hundreds of women in my practice one-to one, I realised that this was a game-changer. I had to focus my whole time on helping sensitive or overwhelmed women around the world get out of the rabbit hole and become their true GENUINE POWERFUL SELVES.
I created a 12-week online interactive programme that guides people step by step through this process and it is exactly what I did to heal.
